I remember hearing this last year and shedding some tears cause it reminded me of God and of some important people in my life. Lesson I learned: It doesn’t matter if other people give up on you as long as you don’t give up on others.

Oh, and this too. This is probably my most favorite old Jason Mraz song. The way he sings the song here is just perfect.

After much thinking and decision-making, I have finally decided that this ONE video captures the Jason Mraz that I first fell in love with. The cap. The shirt. The look. The voice. The energy.

I still like Jason now but ahh, wouldn’t it be great to see him being all perky again? :)

This is the dream. Meeting Jason backstage. Him asking me if I have any special song request. Then I’d go: “Ah! I’ve always wanted to hear you sing After an Afternoon live. But, yeah maybe you should go with I’ll Do Anything. The crowd will love you for that.” Then he’ll go: “Aw maybe I can play both for you, sweetie?” Then he’ll write the songs on his right palm.
